We understand the importance of excellent after sales service and, we want to ensure our service, as well as our products, surpass the expectations of our customers.
We recognise that service plays an important role in our customer’s satisfaction and retention, as It generates loyal customers for us, which we don’t take lightly or, for granted.
However, we know that sometimes issues do arise and, in these infrequent cases they are directed to our own dedicated service team in Dongguan, China who, commit to responding to new service issues within 24 hours and, resolving them within the shortest possible timeframe, once all relevant information concerning the issue has been received. We know from our own experience that, how after sales issues are handled, is fundamental to a successful outcome.
